BlackMilk

I came across the brand 'BlackMilk' recently. It's an Australian brand :) They make some very interesting clothing items. I love the galaxy tights and even the dress. I am considering buying some galaxy tights they are so very different. Did you see the Jeffrey Campbell Night Lita shoe? Yes the two came together to design some new shoes for Jeffrey Campbell. Doesn't the galaxy print on that style of shoe just look too cool for school? haha I also like the Liquid Silver Leggings and the Muscle Leggings, they're so unique. Definitely an online store I'll keep my eye on :)

Pixie Pants by J.Crew

Recently bought a pair of these cool pants ! They're called "Pixie Pants" by J.Crew. Most people say they are very comfortable. The style is a mix between tights/leggings and pants, a very 'figure hugging' fit. Fits likes leggings, looks like pants I guess you could say. J.Crew just started shipping internationally so I thought I'd take advantage of the free worldwide shipping while it lasted and get my hands on this, just in time for the cooler weather thats starting to creep in. I love tights because they shape your body so well and are comfortable. I'm glad I found a more chic alternative, for the more classier outfits I'll be wearing this winter !

Beauty is in the bag - Priceline

Goodies came in this bag

Revlon "Cherry Ice" & Innoxa "Pink Frangipani"

Australis Paparazzi Perfect HD Blush "Poser" & Natio Mineral Pressed Powder "Soft Tan"

I recently went to Priceline and bought a few things that would enable me to qualify to get this "Beauty is in the bag" goodie bag. In order to qualify you had to buy $60 worth of products from a certain range of products. I bought 2 lipsticks, 4 lip butters and a nailpolish. There was actually a deal going on with the lipbutters buy one and get the other free, so I saved quite a bit there.
Not sure if I'll participate in this promotion next year, I'll make my decision based on what I would buy and what comes free in the bag. This promotion is still ongoing and ends on Monday the 23rd of April.

Nars Sheer Glow

I recently bought Nars Sheer Glow foundation at Mecca Cosmetica, in the colour Syracuse.
I needed a foundation that matched the colour of my skin now, as we are coming into the cooler months of the year and I'm not as dark anymore. I've been keen on trying the sheer glow foundation, so when I went into Mecca Cosmetica I got colour matched. Luckily they had the shade Syracuse. The lady that worked there said it's the darkest colour they have ! I'm not sure if she meant that particular store, or all Mecca Stores in Sydney, I wouldn't be surprised if it was like that though! Haha Thankfully they sell all the colours online, but I can't get colour matched online can I ? :(

This foundation goes on so smoothly and looks great on the skin. The finish, I would say is semi-matte. It's much like my pro long wear foundation from MAC. The finish is like normal skin, not too dewy and not totally matte.

The colour Syracuse doesn't totally match my skin perfectly. I use Syracuse down the centre of my face and then I also use my Studio Fix Powder foundation in C8 (my summer colour), lightly on the outer rims of my face. This creates dimension, as well as matching my skin tone better.

What's your favourite foundation ?

Proenza Schouler Camera Case

How gorgeous are these camera bags, by Proenza Schouler !? They're from their Spring 2012 runway collection.
I've become quite acquainted with cameras recently. My interest in photography has grown since making this blog. I do like to take a camera with me when I go out, but the camera bag I have is not as stylish as these.
I think these Proenza Schouler camera bags are so cute and stylish, after coming across such camera bags I will definitely be keeping my eye out for more camera bags like these in future.
This bag unfortunately, is going to stay on my "wish-list", as they are quite pricey ($1,850) but you are paying for quality, 100% leather and made in Italy.

Winter Style: Print & Colour

Winter Style

Winter Style by charminglyunique

I'm loving the idea of pairing a mint green coloured item with a camel trench coat for winter. I think it's a great way to add colour and liveliness to an outfit. Don't forget prints too ! - I heard loafers are quite comfortable, I think they would be a great alternative for me, to ankle boots.
